What Happens Next

A volunteer will review your application within 3 business days. If your application is a match for the dog you are applying for - we’ll reach out to you by your preffered communication method to book a phone interview.

Our team is made up of dedicated volunteers, and while we wish we could respond personally to every applicant, our time is limited. For this reason, we’re only able to contact applicants who are chosen to move forward in the adoption process. Please know that if you aren’t selected for the dog you applied for, it’s not a reflection of your ability to be a wonderful adopter. Each decision is based on finding the best possible match for a particular dog’s needs. We’d be happy to keep your application on file, as you may be the perfect match for a different dog in the future!
